Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Catalogue Manager to manage and maintain accurate catalogue information across relevant digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for catalogue creation, listing accuracy, content updates and catalogue quality management.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update and maintain online catalogue listings.
- Ensure accuracy of product or service names, descriptions, images, categories and attributes.
- Manage catalogue uploads, bulk updates and data maintenance using spreadsheets or relevant tools.
- Review listings regularly to identify and correct errors or missing information.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to collect and validate catalogue data.
- Maintain catalogue consistency and follow applicable platform guidelines.
- Monitor catalogue quality and recommend improvements to listing structure and searchability.
- Prepare catalogue reports and maintain updated records.
- Ensure timely updates to catalogue information when products, services or details change.
Experience & Education
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in ecommerce catalogue management, product listing or marketplace operations.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms, seller portals or catalogue management systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience managing healthcare, pharmacy, wellness or related product catalogues is an advantage.
