About the role The Dubbing Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based at our Mumbai office. You’ll support the dubbing process from pre-production through final delivery, working alongside project managers, language specialists and technical staff to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards. We’re looking for recent computer diploma graduates who are curious about voice technology and want to build a career at the intersection of AI and media.
What you’ll do
- Organize scripts, coordinate recording schedules, and ensure voice actors and studio resources are ready for each session
- Monitor recording sessions, track takes, and maintain accurate records for editors and sound engineers
- Quality-check dubbed audio for consistency and flag issues to the production team
- Work hands-on on AI dubbing projects for film, TV and digital content
- Explore and test new AI tools for audio and voice, and help integrate them into the workflow
What we’re looking for
- Recently completed a computer diploma
- Basic understanding of AI tools, coding and related technologies
- Genuine interest in AI-driven audio, voice technology and dubbing
- Tech-savvy, eager to learn, and comfortable exploring new tools
- Organized and detail-oriented, with good communication skills
Compensation
- Freshers: ₹15,000 per month
- Experienced candidates: up to ₹20,000 per month, negotiable at interview
