Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman to join our Design Department. The candidate will be responsible for preparing civil and structural drawings, layouts, foundation details, and construction drawings for industrial facilities and BESS-related projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AutoCAD and the ability to interpret civil engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare Industrial Architectural drawing, Civil layouts, general arrangement drawings, sections, elevations, and detailed.

•Develop foundation and equipment pedestal drawings for BESS containers, electrical equipment, transformers, and other associated installations, as applicable.

•Prepare site layouts, grading plans, drainage layouts, road layouts, and equipment positioning drawings.

•Assist in preparing structural and civil drawings for industrial buildings, equipment foundations, and utility installations.

•Interpret civil engineering sketches, design specifications,



and instructions from civil and structural engineers.

•Revise drawings based on engineering feedback and project requirements.

•Coordinate with civil engineers, structural engineers, electrical design teams, and project execution teams.

- Maintain drawing registers, revision history, and technical documentation.
- Support the preparation of as-built drawings and construction documentation.
- Ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with approved design specifications.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in civil drafting and design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of civil layouts, foundation drawings, sections, elevations, and construction drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of MS Office and technical documentation practices.
- Experience in industrial projects, renewable energy, solar projects, BESS facilities,

or equipment foundations will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
