Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Software Developers with 4–6 years of experience in C#/.NET development, with exposure to Python, Artificial Intelligence, React, Groovy, graph databases and Microsoft SQL Server.

The selected candidates will design, develop, test and maintain scalable software applications, backend services and API integrations. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reliable, secure and high-performance applications, including AI-enabled features and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET and object-oriented programming principles.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services and application integrations.
- Develop Python scripts and integrate AI/ML capabilities into software applications as required.
- Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server to design database structures, write complex SQL queries, develop stored procedures and optimize database performance.
- Work with graph databases or graph-based APIs to manage interconnected data and relationships, depending on project requirements.
- Use Groovy for scripting, automation or application integration where applicable.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting and code reviews to ensure software quality.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement appropriate solutions.




- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers and other developers to deliver project requirements.
- Follow coding standards, version control practices and established software development processes.
- Participate in technical discussions, documentation, deployment activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Strong programming skills in C# and experience with the .NET ecosystem.
- Valuable understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures and software design principles.
- Experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL query development.
- Practical experience with Python and familiarity with AI/ML integration or automation.
- Understanding of application debugging, testing and performance optimization.
- Good problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred / Additional Skills
- Experience building user interfaces using React.
- Knowledge of Groovy scripting and automation.
- Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j, including graph modelling and querying, or relevant graph API integrations.
- Familiarity with AI-powered applications, machine learning libraries or Generative AI integrations.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies and cloud platforms.
- Experience integrating multiple technologies into enterprise applications.

Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
