Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing role based in Chennai. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, and email to increase brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web and campaign metrics to improve results.

The Digital

Marketing qualified will collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals, manage online advertising budgets, and ensure consistent brand messaging. The role also includes preparing performance reports, identifying new digital trends,



and recommending strategies to enhance online reach and conversions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including experience with campaign planning and execution across key digital channels.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, community management, and platform-specific optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and generate insights using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for collaborating with teams and engaging audiences.
- Relevant experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) is beneficial.
- Experience using marketing automation tools, social media management platforms, and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
