VINSM Globe Private Limited (VGPL) operates StarClinch, India’s only artist booking platform. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is ready to take full ownership of our marketing function, drive growth with data-backed strategies, and work with the mindset of an owner, not an employee.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing, and content marketing.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, prepare reports, and present insights to management. Must be comfortable with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Excel-based reporting.
- Campaign Management: Oversee paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and content strategies to increase lead conversion.
- Growth Hacking: Experiment with current growth strategies, automation, and AI-driven marketing tools.
- Budgeting & ROI Management: Plan marketing budgets, optimize spends,



and ensure maximum returns on investments.
- Crisis Management: Handle marketing operations independently if a team member is unavailable—your ability to execute matters.

RequirementsWhat You Should Bring :
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset—you should love data, spreadsheets, and numbers.
- Prior experience managing paid ad campaigns, SEO, and content strategies.
- Ability to manage and guide external agencies, freelancers, and internal teams.
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills—structured, process-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to own reporting and decision-making.
