We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and strategy-driven Digital Marketing & Growth Strategist who can manage social media marketing, develop compelling content strategies, run paid advertising campaigns, and implement innovative marketing strategies for our company and clients.

We need someone who understands both the creative and performance sides of marketing — someone who can turn ideas into impactful campaigns and campaigns into results.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Marketing: Plan, manage, and optimize Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Content Strategy: Develop monthly content calendars, content pillars, campaign concepts, and platform-specific strategies.
- Meta Ads: Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Google Ads: Manage search, display, video, and other relevant Google Ads campaigns based on client objectives.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop customized marketing strategies based on brand positioning, target audiences, competitors, and business goals.
- Performance Marketing: Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, optimize budgets, and improve ROI.
- Audience & Competitor Research: Identify target audiences, market trends, competitor gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Create strategies to generate qualified leads, increase inquiries, and improve customer acquisition.
- Analytics & Reporting: Work with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console,



and Looker Studio to measure results.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our video editors, designers, and production team to develop high-performing marketing creatives.
- Campaign Innovation: Experiment with new marketing approaches, funnels, retargeting, influencer collaborations, and growth strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Practical knowledge of social media marketing and content planning.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, landing pages, marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make decisions based on performance.
- Excellent communication, planning, and execution skills.
- A creative mindset with a strong understanding of digital trends and consumer behaviour.

Bonus points for: Experience working with creative agencies, production houses, restaurants, hospitality brands, D2C brands, or other client-based businesses. Who We’re Looking ForWe’re not looking for someone who simply knows how to upload posts or boost Instagram content.
