Role Description

We're a growing agency, and we're looking for a hungry, driven Digital Marketing Intern to be the go-to person for everything digital, both for our own brand and for our clients. You won't just be executing tasks. You'll own the digital presence, shape the strategy, and grow with us.

This is a ground-floor opportunity. If you perform, your salary grows. Simple as that.

What You'll Be Doing

- Plan and manage Google Ads & SEM campaigns from setup to optimization
- Drive organic growth through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, working closely with our developer to implement fixes and improvements
- Optimize for AI Search (AIO/GEO) — ensuring our content and our clients' content surfaces in AI-powered search results like Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other emerging AI discovery platforms
- Build and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across all channels
- Execute content marketing strategies — briefs, blogs, landing pages,



and long-form content aligned with SEO
- Manage paid social campaigns — Meta Ads, Google Ads
- Track, analyze, and report on performance using tools like Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs
- Be the primary point of contact for all digital marketing
- Stay current on algorithm updates, AI search trends, and platform changes

Skills & Knowledge Required

SEO

- On-page SEO — keyword research, meta tags, heading structure, internal linking
- Off-page SEO — link building, digital PR, citation building
- Technical SEO — site speed, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, structured data/schema markup, mobile optimization
- Local SEO — Google Business Profile, NAP consistency, local citations
- E-E-A-T principles (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness)

AI Search Optimization (AIO / GEO)

- Understanding of how AI overviews and generative search engines surface content
- Optimizing content for Google SGE, ChatGPT search, Perplexity AI, and Bing Copilot
- Structuring content with clear answers, FAQs, and conversational formats to rank in AI responses
- Building brand authority signals so AI tools reference and cite your brand

Paid Advertising & SEM

- Google Search Ads, Display Ads, Performance Max
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)




- Retargeting and remarketing campaigns
- Keyword bidding strategies, Quality Score optimization, ad copywriting

Content & Social Media Marketing

- Content strategy and editorial calendar management
- Blog writing briefs and SEO content creation
- Social media management — Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok
- Short-form video strategy (Reels, Shorts)
- Community management and engagement

Analytics & Reporting

- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz / Uber Suggest
- Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager
- Monthly performance reporting and data-driven recommendations
