CRM and Funnels | India | Entry level and graduates welcome

Alleyoop is looking for a curious, practical Digital Marketing Executive to support our delivery team, primarily building and improving client CRMs in GoHighLevel and high-converting funnels in Perspective.

You’ll combine creative thinking, attention to detail and analysis to help turn advertising traffic into qualified enquiries, bookings and better results for clients.

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Build and optimise GoHighLevel CRMs, including pipelines, contact fields, lead assignment, calendars and automated follow-up journeys.

•⁠ ⁠Create engaging, mobile-first Perspective funnels, including page layouts, copy, qualification questions, personalised journeys and booking steps.

•⁠ ⁠Connect Perspective funnels to GoHighLevel so lead information, answers and campaign sources reach the correct records and workflows.

•⁠ ⁠Improve funnel performance through design, clearer messaging, stronger calls to action and reduced friction.

•⁠ ⁠Plan and run A/B tests with guidance, record results and recommend improvements based on the evidence.

•⁠ ⁠Analyse funnel drop-off, conversion rates, lead quality and booking outcomes with the delivery team.





•⁠ ⁠Test complete customer journeys before launch and monitor live funnels and automations to identify and resolve issues.

•⁠ ⁠Explore GoHighLevel and Perspective’s capabilities, test useful features and recommend practical applications for clients.

•⁠ ⁠Create reusable templates, checklists and a best practice playbook covering builds, testing and optimisation.

•⁠ ⁠Support the ads delivery team with campaign implementation, testing and analysis where required.

Experience and skills

•⁠ ⁠Suitable for a graduate or someone starting their digital marketing career. Previous agency experience is not required.

•⁠ ⁠A strong interest in CRM, automation, digital marketing and conversion-focused design.

•⁠ ⁠Transparent written English, attention to detail and confidence working with numbers.

•⁠ ⁠A willingness to experiment, investigate problems and turn findings into improvements.

•⁠ ⁠Any practical experience with GoHighLevel, Perspective, landing pages, design tools or marketing automation is helpful, but not essential.

You’ll work closely with the delivery team, receiving guidance and feedback as you develop. You’ll be expected to test your work carefully, explain what you’ve learned and take increasing ownership of builds and improvements.
