Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive role is a full-time hybrid position based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, web, and other online channels to promote AAKREETY’s brand and interior solutions. Day-to-day activities include managing social media accounts, creating and optimizing web content, tracking campaign performance using web analytics tools, and supporting lead generation initiatives.

and ensure timely updates on projects and services. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, identifying new digital opportunities, and contributing ideas to improve online engagement and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and lead generation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for creating clear, engaging messaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills for managing platforms, creating content, and growing online communities.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills for developing website copy, blogs, and digital assets aligned with the brand.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to measure performance, interpret data, and optimize digital campaigns.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in design, interiors, real estate, or related industries.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM tools, social media management platforms, and basic graphic or video editing is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
