Key Responsibilities Financial Planning &
- Budgeting

- Lead the annual budgeting process across all business units and functions.
- Develop long-term financial models and strategic financial plans.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting activities.
- Establish planning assumptions and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Financial Analysis &
- Business Performance

- Analyze business performance, revenue trends, costs, profitability, and key financial metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for business improvement.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis and present findings to leadership.

Management Reporting
- Design and enhance management reporting frameworks and dashboards.
- Deliver timely MIS reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop KPI scorecards and business performance metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports.

Strategic Business Partnering




- Collaborate with business leaders to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Evaluate business cases, investment proposals, and expansion opportunities.
- Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic projects as required.

Financial Control &
- Governance

- Strengthen financial planning processes, controls, and governance mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Support internal and external audit requirements related to planning and reporting.

Systems &
- Process Improvement

- Lead the implementation and optimization of FP&A; tools and reporting systems.
- Automate reporting and financial analysis processes where feasible.
- Develop advanced analytical models to improve decision support capabilities.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 15-18 years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A;, Business Finance, or Corporate Finance.
- Location - Mumbai
