Role Description Design Architect will play a key role in the concept development and detailed design of architectural projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to create high-quality, functional, and aesthetically compelling spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing presentations, coordinating design inputs, and producing construction drawings and documentation that align with project requirements and local regulations. The role involves regular collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, contributing to design reviews, and ensuring design intent is maintained through all project stages.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring active participation in studio activities, meetings, and site visits as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts that meet client needs and project requirements.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including renderings, drawings, and models.




- Develop construction documents, including plans, sections, details, and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to integrate engineering systems and other project requirements into the design.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
- Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

· 10 years of experience in design. Having planning & execution experience will be an added advantage

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.

· Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Knowledge of regulations, codes, and standards.

· Coordinating the work of both the architectural and engineering team(s) through SD, DD, CD and the construction phases of a project. This requires managing internal coordination meetings, client meetings and reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance.
