We are looking for a skilled Database Developer / DBA with solid hands-on experience in PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server to manage database development, administration, performance tuning, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and maintain database schemas, tables, relationships, and data models.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Perform query tuning and execution plan analysis.
- Install, configure, and manage PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server databases.
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Manage database backup, restore, and disaster recovery.
- Handle database security, user access, and permissions.
- Manage replication, high availability, and failover setups.
- Support data migration, ETL processes, batch jobs, and file-based data processing.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability.

Required Skills





- Strong experience in PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server.
- Proficiency in SQL programming, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Strong understanding of database architecture, indexing, and normalization.
- Experience in query optimization and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of transactions, locking, and concurrency control.
- Hands-on experience with backup, restore, replication, and high availability.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and large-volume data handling.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in banking or financial domain applications.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL logical replication and SQL Server replication.
- Familiarity with .NET, Entity Framework, and Dapper.
