Job Title: Backend Tracking and Documentation Support

Programme: Meta datacenter deployment projects

Reports To: Project Lead — Meta Programmes

Work Location: India (remote support to US datacenter sites)

Work Schedule: US-aligned shift (evening / overnight IST) as per project roster

Position summary

This position carries the daily tracking and documentation load across the Meta datacenter deployment projects. The role is responsible for ensuring that technician time data, ENS entries, safety documentation and photographic evidence are complete, accurate and current for every active project, so that billing, payroll and client compliance rest on a verified record rather than an assumed one.

Key responsibilities

Timesheet and hours validation

- Track and chase technician timestamp submissions daily against payroll and billing cut-offs.
- Maintain the Hours Tracker, cross-check against the Tech Tracker and validate hours against project billing ahead of payroll approval.

ENS and safety compliance

- Upload technician hours to the ENS tool, complete backdated backfilling, audit entries and follow up until gaps are closed.
- Verify JHA submissions daily and issue reminders for pending items.

Evidence and documentation

- Track all picture uploads in G-Drive — renaming to the required convention, date-wise filing and confirming every active project is covered.

Project tracking and reporting

- Update FSA reports and the daily work progress report,



and follow up on pending and backdated updates.
- Publish a daily status report and support onboarding of recent technicians into trackers, ENS and drive access.

Systems and tools Hours Tracker and Tech Tracker, ENS tool, JHA forms, FSA reports, Google Drive and Google Sheets, MS Excel, project billing records, corporate email and WhatsApp / Teams for field coordination.

Key performance indicators

- Technician timestamp submissions complete ahead of every payroll and billing cut-off.
- ENS entries current, with backdated backlog cleared and held at zero.
- JHA verification rate and reduction in pending submissions.
- Completeness and correct filing of picture uploads across all active projects.
- Accuracy of Hours Tracker against Tech Tracker, measured by billing adjustments required after approval.
- On-time publication of the daily status report.

Required skills and qualifications

- Advanced MS Excel and Google Sheets, including reconciliation across large multi-project datasets.
- Experience in timesheet, billing or workforce data operations.
- Clear written English for daily client-facing reporting and persistent follow-up with field teams.
- Availability on the US-aligned shift.

Preferred

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Commerce, Statistics or Engineering preferred.
- Prior exposure to datacenter, telecom or infrastructure deployment support.
- Experience working to fixed payroll and billing deadlines in an offshore support model.
