Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools, and the ability to transform complex datasets into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Perform data validation, identify trends, and investigate data discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities through data analysis.
- Automate recurring reports and improve data analysis processes.
- Present findings and actionable insights to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency,



and integrity across reporting systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including joins, subqueries, aggregations, and window functions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization.
- Strong understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and analytical methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Knowledge of KPI tracking, business reporting, and performance analysis.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms is an advantage.
