Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive with a strong understanding of SQL and database concepts. The ideal candidate should have a technical educational background and experience in customer support, preferably within the IT or software industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide timely, effective resolutions through calls, emails, or other support channels.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers with software or application-related problems.
- Use SQL queries to retrieve, analyze, and validate data for issue resolution.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve customer-reported technical issues.
- Coordinate with internal technical and development teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Document recurring issues and contribute to improving support processes.





Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1?2 years of experience in customer support or technical support.
- B.Tech, B.E., BCA, or a similar technical qualification.
- Solid knowledge of SQL is mandatory.
- Good understanding of databases, queries, and data retrieval.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical issues and explain solutions clearly to customers.
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in the IT, software, or technology industry are preferred.
- Experience in application support, product support, or technical customer service will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who can combine technical knowledge with customer-handling skills are encouraged to apply.
