? Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide client support through calls and emails.
✅ Handle client queries and resolve issues efficiently.
✅ Manage software implementation and deployment at client sites.
✅ Conduct end-user training and prepare training documentation.
✅ Build robust client relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.
✅ Travel to client locations for implementation and training as required.
? Requirements:
✅ B.Tech/MBA in Operations, Business Analytics, IT, Finance, or a related field.
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
✅ Basic knowledge of MS SQL and technical software.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to travel.
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
