Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding flights, reservations, fares and travel requirements.
- Assist customers with booking-related and post-booking queries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Follow quality standards and customer service procedures.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage high-volume inbound calls.
- Relevant experience in Travel, Airline, International BPO or Customer Service is preferred.
- Flexibility to work night and rotational shifts.
