Role Description The Customer Onboarding Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli. This role focuses on guiding new customers through the setup and implementation of GrownestHQ’s Voice AI and WhatsApp automation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting onboarding calls and demos, understanding customer requirements, configuring accounts, and ensuring smooth adoption of the platform.

The role also involves resolving initial support questions, tracking onboarding progress, gathering feedback,



and collaborating with product and support teams to improve the onboarding experience. The executive is expected to maintain clear documentation, follow standardized onboarding processes, and promote long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills with a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Customer Support experience and transparent, professional Communication skills.
- Analytical Skills to understand customer needs, interpret data, and optimize onboarding workflows.
- Ability to learn and explain technology platforms, ideally in SaaS or customer engagement tools.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple customer onboarding projects and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative setting in Tiruchirappalli.
- Prior experience in customer onboarding, account management, or support roles is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, communications, or related fields preferred.
