About Us

Paalaar Urban Farms Pvt. Ltd. is a Chennai-based company specialising in managed farmlands, farmhouse developments and alternative lifestyle solutions. We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused CRM Executive to strengthen our customer relationships and ensure a seamless experience for our existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Lead Management: Manage customer enquiries, maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate follow-ups with the marketing and sales teams.

Customer Coordination: Act as a single point of contact for customers regarding documentation, payments, registrations and project-related updates.

After-Sales Support: Address customer queries, coordinate with internal departments and ensure prompt resolution of concerns.

CRM Administration: Maintain updated customer databases, track interactions and prepare periodic management reports.

Customer Engagement: Coordinate customer visits, meetings,



events and regular communications to strengthen long-term relationships.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management or customer service.

Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Tamil, written and spoken.

Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, customer-friendly approach.

Valuable organisational abilities, attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and CRM software.

Ability to independently manage customer interactions and coordinate with multiple departments.

Previous experience in real estate, property development or related industries will be an added advantage.
