Positive ideas rarely come in straight lines.

Neither do ours.

At StAncil, we're creating a world of children's furniture, rugs, curious characters, and everyday things with a little more imagination.

We're looking for a Creative Strategist to help us figure out what this world looks like beyond the products.

What you'll be doing:

- Shaping our social media strategy, content direction, and storytelling.
- Dreaming up campaigns that give people a reason to remember StAncil.
- Developing creative concepts for ads, launches, and brand collaborations.
- Turning brand ideas into scroll-stopping content that feels unmistakably StAncil.
- Working with designers and creators to bring ideas to life.
- Keeping an eye on trends, understanding what resonates, and figuring out what we should do with it.

What we'd love you to bring:

- A strong creative point of view and a knack for storytelling.

- An understanding of social media, digital advertising, and what makes content connect.
- The ability to take an idea from “what if?” to “let's make it happen.”
- A balance of creative instinct and strategic thinking.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to experiment.

Experience in brand building, creative strategy, or digital marketing is a plus. A portfolio that shows how you think is even better.

If you can think strategically without colouring inside every line, we'd like to hear from you.

Send your portfolio and a little introduction to [email protected] [email protected]

Let's make something little people will remember.
