About the Role

Arobit Digital is looking for a creative, proactive, and quick-learning Creative Content Strategist & Social Media Creator to join our Digital Marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content creation, design principles, video production, and current social media trends. You will transform ideas into engaging content, collaborate with designers and video editors, and ensure every creative aligns with client objectives, brand guidelines, and platform requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop social media content ideas, concepts, and content plans.
- Write captions, headlines, hooks, and other marketing copy.
- Prepare explicit creative briefs and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to maintain quality, consistency, and deadlines.
- Review creative deliverables and recommend improvements before client submission.
- Ensure content meets brand, campaign, audience, and platform requirements.
- Apply visual storytelling, design principles, and video production knowledge.
- Monitor social media trends, formats, creative styles, and emerging opportunities.
- Take initiative, learn new tools quickly, and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Required Skills

- Strong creative thinking and a content creator mindset.
- Understanding of composition, typography, colour, and visual design.
- Knowledge of video production, editing workflows, reels,



and short-form content.
- Excellent writing, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Additional Advantages

- Hands-on experience creating social media graphics and videos.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or AI-powered creative tools.
- Understanding of performance-driven creatives, advertising hooks, and audience engagement.
