About the Role:

We’re looking for a copywriter who thinks like a creator, writes like a storyteller, and understands the internet.

Someone who can spot a trend before it becomes old news, find an interesting story in an ordinary topic, and turn a simple brief into content worth watching.

You should be equally comfortable writing a witty one-liner, researching an interesting topic, scripting a viral-worthy reel, or building an original content series.

You’ll create content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, understanding what works on each platform and why.

We don’t need someone to fill a content calendar. We need someone who can make people care about what’s on it.

Paisabazaar.ae helps consumers explore and compare credit cards, loans, and other credit products.

The brand is younger, bolder, and more playful.

Think credit card hacks, cashback wins, travel perks, shopping, dining, pop culture, money habits, and the everyday chaos of spending and saving.

We want content that’s witty, relatable, entertaining, and rooted in how people actually live in the The goal: Make Paisabazaar.ae a brand people follow for the content, not just the financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy & Copywriting





- Develop platform-specific content ideas and calendars aligned with brand objectives and growth goals.
- Write sharp hooks, headlines, captions, carousels, and scripts that drive attention, engagement, and action.
- Research interesting topics, consumer insights, and everyday conversations to uncover content opportunities.
- Simplify insurance, credit, and financial topics without making them boring or losing accuracy.

2. Creative Ideation & Storytelling

- Conceptualize original campaigns, recurring content series, and social-first formats.
- Script engaging reels, AI-generated videos, explainers, influencer content, and brand videos.
- Bring humour, wit, storytelling, and cultural relevance into everyday financial conversations.
- Work closely with designers and editors to bring ideas to life.

3. AI-Led Content Creation

- Use AI tools for research, ideation, scripting, and experimenting with new content formats.
- Develop AI-led storytelling concepts, recurring characters, and innovative video ideas.
- Explore emerging AI capabilities to improve creative output and production efficiency.
- Use editorial judgement to ensure content remains original, accurate, and distinctly human.

4. Trends, Culture & Proactive Thinking

- Stay plugged into culture, internet humour, memes, trends, and platform algorithms.
- Proactively identify topical conversations and opportunities for both brands.
- Experiment with content formats that have the potential to drive reach, engagement, and shares.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table without waiting for a brief.

5. Content Ownership & Performance





- Own content from research and ideation to scripting and final publishing readiness.
- Maintain distinct brand voices for Policybazaar.ae and Paisabazaar.ae.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve platform-specific growth objectives.
- Analyse content performance and use insights to improve hooks, storytelling, and future content.
- Ensure every piece of content is factually accurate, culturally relevant, and polished.

- Great Writing: Strong English copywriting skills. You know when to be witty, when to be informative, and when five words are better than fifty.
- Creative Instinct: You can find an interesting angle in almost anything, even insurance.
- Social Media Obsession: You understand Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn beyond just posting content.
- Research Mindset: You’re curious, resourceful, and constantly looking for interesting stories, facts, insights, and conversations.
- AI Fluency: You’re comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and emerging AI tools to research, brainstorm, and develop creative concepts.
- Cultural Awareness: You understand audiences, lifestyle, humour, and what makes content locally relevant.
- Visual Thinking: You don’t just write scripts. You can visualise how an idea should look, sound, and unfold on screen.
- Performance Mindset: You understand that great content should do more than look clever. It should deliver measurable results.
