Role and Responsibility

- Design and edit social content: posts, carousels, stories, banners, thumbnails, and short form videos like Reels, Shorts and ads
- Use AI tools to generate images, video, voiceovers and ideas, then refine them by hand
- Turn briefs from the social media and marketing team into quick mockups, rough cuts and finished content
- Follow our brand guidelines, keep templates and source files organised, and share current design and AI trends with the team

What we expect from you

- A strong portfolio of design and video work. Personal projects count
- Hands on use of AI tools and an eye for what looks good versus what looks AI generated
- Speed. You can share a first draft in hours, improve it with feedback and still meet deadlines

Must have

- Experience creating content for a brand, a startup or freelance clients
- Rapid prototyping is a must

Experience & Compensation

- Fresher or Maximum 1 year of experience
- Compensation will be Rs. 2,50,000 to 3,50,000/-
