We’re Hiring | Creative Content & Design Intern ?

The Destination Crafter (TDC) is looking for a creative mind to join us!

We create offbeat group journeys, Himalayan expeditions, road trips and experiences that bring people together.

Now, we’re looking for someone who can turn those real travel experiences into content that makes people stop, watch and want to be part of the story.

This is not just a social media posting role.

We’re looking for someone who has a robust eye for design, understands the Instagram content space, and can bring ideas to life — from an interesting concept to a finished creative.

What you’ll work on

Designing Instagram posts, carousels, stories, campaign creatives and travel itineraries.

Creating engaging visual content using real travel photography and footage.

Editing simple, short-form reels and repurposing existing videos.

Assisting with content ideas, hooks, captions and creative research.

Organising content assets, maintaining the content calendar and scheduling posts.

Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and ad creatives.

Who we’re looking for

Someone with a genuinely good sense of design, typography, layouts and visual storytelling.





Confident using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design tools.

Basic knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro or other video editing software.

Someone who understands Instagram trends without relying on generic templates.

Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of assigned work.

Interested in travel, adventure, storytelling and building a growing brand.

What matters most to us?

Your creativity, portfolio and ability to execute. Your degree or years of experience matter much less.

You’ll work directly with the founders, contribute to real campaigns and have the freedom to experiment with creative ideas.

Role: Creative Content & Design Intern

Duration: 3 months, with potential for extension

Work mode: Hybrid

Commitment: Full time
