About the Role:

We’re looking for a design-obsessed, AI-savvy creative qualified who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content.

Someone who understands design, thinks visually, loves experimenting, and can independently take a concept from ideation to final execution.

You’ll lead creative production for Policybazaar.ae across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms, creating everything from premium static designs to AI-generated videos, motion graphics, and social-first content.

We’re not looking for someone who simply executes briefs. We want someone who brings ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI-First Creative Production

- Conceptualize and produce high-quality AI-generated videos, visuals, characters, and cinematic content.
- Combine generative AI with traditional editing, animation, and post-production to create polished, social-first content.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools and workflows to push creative boundaries and improve production efficiency.
- Ensure visual consistency, realistic movement, and exceptional finishing across AI-generated content.

2. Social Media Design & Creatives

- Design scroll-stopping statics, carousels, thumbnails, stories, and campaign creatives.
- Create platform-native content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and owned media.
- Develop distinctive visual concepts with strong typography, composition, and brand consistency.
- Adapt creatives across formats and platforms without compromising design quality.

Video Editing, Motion Graphics & Animation

- Edit reels, YouTube Shorts, podcasts, interviews, influencer content, and shoot-based videos.
- Create engaging mashups, cutdowns, and platform-specific video adaptations.
- Produce 2D animations, motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animated explainers.
- Deliver compelling storytelling through strong pacing, transitions, sound design, and visual effects.

4. Creative Innovation & Proactive Ideation

- Proactively pitch original ideas, AI-led concepts, recurring content series, and innovative social media formats.
- Identify emerging trends, cultural moments, and creative opportunities relevant to the brand.
- Experiment with unconventional storytelling and visual approaches to make financial and insurance content engaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate business objectives into standout creative campaigns.

5. Creative Ownership & Attention to Detail

- Own creative projects end-to-end, from ideation and art direction to final execution.
- Maintain exceptional standards across design, AI content, animation, and video production.
- Ensure pixel-perfect layouts, accurate branding, polished edits, and platform-ready deliverables.
- Balance creative excellence with timelines,



brand guidelines, and business objectives.

Skills & Expertise Required:

Design & Editing

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, color theory, and visual composition
- 2D & 3D animation and motion graphics
- Video editing, sound design, and storytelling, Storyboarding, Films

AI & Emerging Creative Tools

Hands-on experience and proficiency in these tools:

- Runway
- Google Veo / Flow
- Kling AI
- Higgsfield
- HeyGen
- Magnific
- Claude Design
- Midjourney
- Adobe Firefly
- Other emerging AI image and video generation platforms

Social Media Understanding

- Strong understanding of content formats across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Ability to create content that feels native to each platform rather than simply resizing the same creative.
- Understanding of social media trends, visual hooks, audience attention, and engagement-driven content.
