Role Overview

As a Creative Content Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging written content and visually compelling marketing assets for Smartkeen Technologies and its business initiatives.

You should be able to transform ideas, research, and complex technology concepts into clear, engaging, and professionally designed content for a B2B audience.

The ideal candidate combines strong writing and storytelling skills with creative design capabilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of how businesses communicate their value through content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Copywriting

- Create engaging LinkedIn posts, captions, articles, blogs, and marketing copy.
- Develop compelling headlines, hooks, calls to action, and brand narratives.
- Translate complex topics related to AI, SaaS, NetSuite, ERP, automation, and enterprise technology into simple, engaging content.
- Write content for company websites, service pages, company profiles, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Develop content that communicates Smartkeen's services, products, capabilities, and business value.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and relevant business topics to generate content ideas.




- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammatical correctness, and consistency.

Creative Design & Visual Communication

- Design qualified LinkedIn posts, carousels, infographics, flyers, and other branded creatives.
- Create visually appealing company profiles, pitch decks, business presentations, and client-facing documents.
- Use Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, or similar tools to create high-quality content assets.
- Convert raw information, research, and technical inputs into structured and visually engaging content.
- Maintain consistency in typography, layouts, brand colours, messaging, and visual identity.
- Ensure all creative assets are polished, professional, and suitable for their intended platforms.

Content Planning & Execution

- Develop content ideas and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Plan and prepare content for LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats, such as posts, carousels, infographics, and presentations.
- Collaborate with leadership, sales, product, and technical teams to gather information and develop accurate content.
- Create content for Smartkeen's technology services, SaaS products, and client or partner initiatives.
- Manage multiple content deliverables while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Review content and designs before publication to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of professional experience in content creation, content design, copywriting,



or creative content development.
- Excellent English writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Strong hands-on experience with Canva and professional content design.
- Experience creating LinkedIn posts, carousels, marketing creatives, presentations, and business documents.
- A good understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layouts, and brand consistency.
- Ability to research unfamiliar topics and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous writing, content creation, or design work.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with B2B technology companies, SaaS businesses, IT services firms, or marketing agencies.
- Familiarity with AI, NetSuite, ERP, automation, cloud technology, or enterprise software.
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn content formats and B2B communication.
- Experience using AI tools for research, brainstorming, copy refinement, and creative development.
