Role Description The Corporate Trainer at Luminora Academy will design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs focused on communication skills, professional development, and workplace effectiveness. This part-time, on-site role in Kozhikode involves assessing training needs, creating structured lesson plans and learning materials, and facilitating interactive sessions for diverse participant groups. The trainer will evaluate learner progress, collect feedback, and adjust content to improve engagement and outcomes.





Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the academy team to refine training offerings, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, and supporting marketing or outreach activities related to training programs.

Qualifications

- Robust training and facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops, seminars, or classroom sessions.
