Mahajan Eye Centre is looking for a motivated and patient-focused Counsellor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel patients regarding eye surgeries and available treatment options.
- Explain treatment costs, packages, and EMI options.
- Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, and the patient care team.
- Follow up with patients and support treatment conversion.
- Ensure an excellent patient experience throughout the treatment journey.
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in healthcare or hospital counselling preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-focused attitude with strong coordination skills.
