About the opportunity

At Cloud Train, we are helping IT professionals become job-ready for DevOps, Cloud and related technology roles.

We are looking for a driven skilled who can build relationships with companies, recruitment agencies and technology hiring teams—and help our candidates access genuine interview opportunities.

What will you do?

✅ Build corporate relationships with IT companies, startups, GCCs and recruitment agencies.

✅ Connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Leaders and technical hiring managers.

✅ Identify genuine job openings for DevOps, Cloud, Linux, SRE and related IT roles.

✅ Develop recruitment partnerships and submit relevant candidate profiles.

✅ Coordinate interviews, collect employer feedback and track placement progress.

✅ Build and maintain a strong employer network for Cloud Train.

Who should apply?

We are particularly interested in candidates who have:

- Experience in IT recruitment,



staffing, client acquisition or recruitment business development.
- Strong written & oral communication, networking, cold-calling and LinkedIn outreach skills.
- An understanding of IT hiring requirements.
- Experience generating employer requirements, interviews or recruitment accounts.
- A target-oriented mindset and strong follow-up skills.

This is not a conventional HR administration role. We need someone who enjoys building relationships, developing business opportunities and generating measurable hiring outcomes.
