: Senior Corporate Relations Manager

About the role

PIBM is seeking a well-connected and results-oriented Senior Corporate Relations Manager to build strong employer partnerships and create placement opportunities for students. The role involves engaging corporates across NBFC, BFSI, and other relevant sectors, conducting regular field visits, and developing relationships with senior decision-makers, including CHROs, CXOs, and other members of top management.

Key responsibilities

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with companies to support student placements and career opportunities.
- Identify and engage employers across NBFC, BFSI, and other relevant sectors.
- Conduct regular field visits and corporate meetings to develop placement partnerships.
- Expand PIBM’s network of recruiting organizations and generate new placement opportunities.
- Connect with CHROs, CXOs, business leaders, and senior talent acquisition teams to understand hiring needs.
- Coordinate with employers on role requirements, candidate profiles, recruitment timelines, and selection processes.
- Work with internal academic and placement teams to align student skills with employer expectations.
- Track outreach, meetings, employer engagement, and placement opportunities; provide regular updates to the Chairperson.
- Represent PIBM at corporate meetings, networking events,



and industry forums.

Required qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; a postgraduate qualification in management or a related field is preferred.
- Significant experience in corporate relations, placements, business development, recruitment, or employer partnerships.
- Experience working with large companies, preferably across NBFC, BFSI, and other major sectors.
- Established skilled connections with CHROs, CXOs, senior HR leaders, and top-level management.
- A track record of developing employer relationships and converting them into hiring opportunities.
- Willingness to travel for corporate meetings and field visits.
