Contract Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

- Review customer and partner contracts, NDAs, purchase orders, terms and conditions, and tender documents
- Identify contractual risks and recommend revisions aligned with company standards
- Support contract negotiations involving liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and other key terms
- Coordinate contract approval and signature workflows, including DocuSign processes
- Assist with distributor onboarding, due diligence, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with Sales,



Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure productive contract processing
- Maintain contract records, repositories, and reporting activities
- Help Sales teams move opportunities forward while protecting FARO CREAFORM'S interests

What Will Help You Succeed:

- Experience in contract administration, contract review, legal documentation, or commercial agreements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with DocuSign or contract management systems is an asset
- English as many interactions occur with colleagues, customers, and partners
