Role Description The Content Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for planning and managing content across digital channels to support client marketing goals. In this role, you will develop content strategies aligned with brand positioning and campaign objectives, create content calendars, and coordinate with designers, writers, and marketing specialists to ensure consistent messaging. You will analyze audience insights, keyword research, and performance metrics to refine content plans and optimize web, social, and campaign content.

Day-to-day responsibilities include briefing and reviewing content, maintaining content standards and guidelines,



collaborating with account managers on client presentations, and ensuring timely delivery of assets. You will also contribute ideas for creative campaigns and help integrate content efforts with SEO, SEM, and social media initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Content Development skills, with experience translating business goals into clear, actionable content plans.
- Candidates should possess Content Management skills, including organizing content workflows, maintaining editorial calendars, and overseeing content across multiple platforms.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for digital channels.
- Candidates should ideally have knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, social media, and analytics, to inform content decisions.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Prior experience in a digital agency or content-focused role and familiarity with content management tools or platforms will be an advantage.
