Role Description The Content Marketing Intern will support the creation and promotion of content that showcases MSDC’s training programs, student success stories, and partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting blog posts, social media content, and basic marketing copy, assisting in campaign planning, and coordinating with trainers and staff to gather information and insights. The intern will help update digital channels, track engagement metrics, and suggest improvements based on performance data.

This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru, offering hands-on experience in an educational and skill development environment.

Qualifications

- Preferred candidate age: 18–25 years.
- Open to fresh graduates and students currently pursuing a degree.
- Strong interest in social media content creation, Instagram Reels, and digital trends.




- Creative thinking, storytelling ability, and a valuable understanding of youth culture.
- Ability to brainstorm concepts and develop scripts, hooks, and content plans.
- Good communication and coordination skills; confidence working with students and teams.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and what drives audience engagement.
- Familiarity with Canva or content-planning tools is an advantage; video editing skills are a plus but not the main focus.
- A portfolio, sample Reels, or examples of creative work will be given preference.

- Participate in shoots with students and influencers.

- Help create content that makes people stop scrolling.
