About Parinaam Foundation

Parinaam Foundation is a non-profit organisation founded in 2006 to alleviate poverty through holistic interventions in healthcare, education, livelihood, and community development. It works to improve the lives of underserved families and promote sustainable development and financial independence.

Key Responsibilities

- Mobilise community members and conduct weekly group meetings.
- Conduct home visits and provide counselling to beneficiaries.
- Facilitate livelihood opportunities and job placements.
- Support healthcare camps, tuition centres, and children’s school enrolment.




- Assist beneficiaries with KYC documentation, bank accounts, and government perks.
- Maintain accurate MIS records and submit field updates.
- Coordinate with community members, local employers, schools, hospitals, and other stakeholders.

Qualification: SSLC pass, 12th pass, Graduate, or MSW.

Experience: 1–2 years in the NGO sector; fresh MSW graduates may also apply.

Skills: Basic MS Office, good communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
