Role Description This is a full time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Rangia, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Commission Sales

Associate will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, presenting Kabyaa Technologies’ web development and digital marketing services, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. Daily activities include generating leads through calls, visits, and online outreach, conducting needs assessments, preparing proposals, and following up with prospects and existing clients. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with the delivery and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction, and providing regular updates on sales performance.

The position is commission-based,



with earnings tied to successful sales and client retention.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to present technology and digital marketing services clearly and persuasively.
- Experience in client relationship management, including lead generation, follow-up, and ongoing account support.
- Basic understanding of websites, digital marketing, and online customer acquisition; willingness to learn technical and marketing concepts.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with professional telephone, in-person, and written communication abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, able to work independently and in a team in a hybrid environment (on-site in Rangia and from home).
- Comfort with using digital tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and messaging platforms to manage sales activities.
- Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or business development is an advantage, especially in IT or digital marketing services.
- Minimum educational qualification of higher secondary; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
