Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hisar, responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting transporters and shippers, presenting TrucksUp’s solutions, and explaining how the platform enhances load matching and profitability. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing customers, gathering feedback on service performance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.





The Commission Sales

Associate will track sales performance, prepare basic reports, and work toward sales targets linked to commission-based earnings.

Qualifications

- Robust sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Customer relationship management capabilities, including clear communication, active listening, and follow-up discipline.
- Basic understanding of logistics or transportation industry processes, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfort with technology platforms and mobile applications, and the ability to explain digital solutions to customers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented approach, with the ability to work on-site in Hisar and travel locally as needed.
- Prior experience in field sales, commission-based roles, or business development is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
