Role Description This is a full time, on-site Commi 1/2/3 role based in New Delhi. The Commi team member will support the kitchen in daily food preparation, assist in cooking under the guidance of senior chefs, and help maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Responsibilities include prepping ingredients, following recipes and portion standards, ensuring proper storage of food items, and adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with other kitchen staff during service, assisting in plating dishes,



and communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Food Preparation and Cooking abilities, with practical Culinary Skills suited to a restaurant kitchen.
- Candidates should demonstrate consistent Hygiene practices, including cleanliness, safe food handling, and adherence to kitchen safety standards.
- Candidates should have effective Communication skills to coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and service teams.
- Previous experience as Commi or in a professional kitchen environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Indian and continental cuisine, and willingness to learn restaurant-specific dishes.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
