- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration processes and address any challenges that arise.
- Continuously monitor and optimize migrated systems to maintain high performance and reliability.
- Document migration procedures and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support during migration projects.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and migration strategies.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of database systems.
- Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements in cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex database and migration issues effectively.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Architecture.
