The position requires close collaboration with various teams to align migration efforts with business goals, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption during the transition process.
Continuous monitoring and optimization of cloud solutions are also key aspects of daily activities to support evolving organizational needs.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design migration strategies.
- Monitor and troubleshoot migration processes to ensure successful deployment.
- Document migration procedures and best practices to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members in understanding migration workflows and cloud technologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and migration methodologies.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of database systems.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to database migration.
- Experience working with both private and public cloud platforms to deliver scalable solutions.
Additional Information
