Job Profile

- Develop, integrate, and manage cloud services across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
- Deploy and maintain Azure IaaS Virtual Machines and Azure Application & Networking Services.
- Manage migration from on-premises infrastructure to Azure, including integration of on-prem AD with Cloud AD.
- Ensure secure cloud service deployment, including encryption, identity & authentication, and traffic analysis.
- Optimize cloud services through automation, scaling, and monitoring DevOps Administrator.
- Maintain IT infrastructure for call centers.
- Host and manage servers, applications, and mobile apps.
- Coordinate with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) for hosting, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Implement and monitor application and cloud security practices.
- Prepare and maintain Service Level Status (SLS) reports.

Candidate Profile




- Proven experience as a Cloud Administrator.
- Solid expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and related services.
- Hands-on experience in cloud migration and AD integration.
- Proficiency in automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, ARM templates, etc.).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
- Solid understanding of networking, encryption, identity management, and cloud security practices.
- Familiarity with server hosting, application management, and mobile app deployment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
