: Cloud Data & AI Security Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Cloud Data & AI Security Architect to design and implement secure, scalable data platforms and AI solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, and Databricks. The role focuses on cloud security, data governance, privacy, and GenAI security, combining architecture ownership with practical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design secure data lakehouse architectures using GCP, BigQuery, and Databricks.
- Implement cloud security controls, including IAM, RBAC, data masking, encryption, and access management.
- Manage Databricks security and governance using Unity Catalog, row filters, column masks, and access controls.
- Secure AI/GenAI applications, including RAG pipelines, AI agents, model endpoints, and sensitive-data flows.
- Implement data privacy, classification, lineage, audit logging, and regulatory controls.
- Develop and review Python, PySpark,



and SQL code; automate security and governance processes.
- Manage infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, Git, and CI/CD.
- Lead architecture reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and mentor engineering teams.

Required Skills
- Solid hands-on experience with GCP and BigQuery security.
- Practical experience with Databricks Unity Catalog and data governance.
- Expertise in IAM, RBAC, policy tags, data masking, and sensitive-data protection.
- Strong Python, SQL, and data engineering knowledge.
- Experience with secure cloud architecture, privacy controls, and production data platforms.
- Working knowledge of AI/GenAI security, RAG, prompt injection, and AI agent permissions.
- Experience with Terraform, cloud infrastructure, and technical architecture leadership.

Good to Have
- Databricks Mosaic AI, MLflow, Vector Search, and Model Serving.
- GDPR and CCPA/CPRA implementation experience.
- GCP or Databricks certifications.
- Experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka or Pub/Sub.
