Role Description The Client Services Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for managing client inquiries, providing product information, and guiding customers through the selection and ordering process for awards, trophies, and corporate gifts.

The Client Services

Representative coordinates with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and quality service. Day-to-day tasks include handling phone and email communication, maintaining customer records, resolving service issues,



and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. The role also involves supporting billing and basic finance-related queries, and contributing feedback to improve service processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building skilled relationships and ensuring smooth order handling.
- Excellent Communication abilities to manage phone, email, and in-person interactions with clients and internal teams.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle concerns, resolve issues, and follow up proactively.
- Basic understanding of Finance for handling invoices, payments, and billing-related queries.
- Relevant experience in client-facing or customer support roles, preferably in retail, corporate gifting, or related industries.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
- Comfort working on-site in Lucknow and collaborating with sales, design, and operations teams.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and customer management software is an advantage.
