F5 Advertainment is looking for an experienced Client Servicing Manager with a strong background in the Events Industry to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of events, ensuring they align with the client's vision and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality events on time and within budget.
- Develop impressive presentations and pitch decks in collaboration with the creative team.
- Create project plans for end-to-end event management.
- Monitor and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with different departments to address client queries.




- Handle client requests and troubleshoot problems.
- Resolve client conflicts and manage escalations.
- Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

✅ 4–5 years of experience in client servicing within the Events Industry (MANDATORY).

✅ Robust communication, presentation, and client management skills.

✅ Excellent coordination, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

✅ Immediate joiners will be preferred.
