About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Client Relationship Associate to build and nurture long-term relationships with photographers, videographers, and creative professionals across the globe.

You will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring clear communication, smooth project coordination, efficient data management, and an excellent overall client experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating with international clients and internal teams to ensure projects progress smoothly and client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with photographers, videographers, and creative professionals worldwide.
- Client Communication: Handle client inquiries, respond to requests, provide regular updates, and ensure timely and qualified communication.




- Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal editing, operations, and creative teams to track project progress and support timely delivery.
- Data & • File Management:

Coordinate the receipt, downloading, organization, tracking, and secure handling of client files and project data.
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process and familiarize them with our services and workflows.
- Follow-ups & • Feedback:

Proactively follow up on pending requirements, collect client feedback, and help resolve concerns.
- Client Retention: Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction, strengthen engagement, and develop recurring business relationships.
- Reporting & • Documentation:

Maintain accurate client records, update CRM systems or tracking sheets, and prepare basic reports on project status and client activity.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business development, project management, and editing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required Skills & • Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients across different regions.
- Good interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts and follow-ups.




- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving client concerns.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, email, CRM platforms, and basic productivity tools.
- Willingness to learn video editing workflows, media production processes, and post-production services.
- Ability to work full-time from our Nellore office in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in client servicing, customer success, business coordination, or relationship management.
- Exposure to photography, videography, video editing, media production, or creative services.
- Experience communicating with international clients is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in business, communications, media, or a related field is preferred. Relevant practical experience will also be considered.
