Role Description The Client Services Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Ambala. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, responding to queries, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery for importers and exporters using UniTrade’s advisory services. The role involves maintaining and strengthening client relationships, coordinating with internal advisory and operations teams, and supporting clients with documentation, follow-ups, and status updates on FX and trade finance-related activities.

The Client Services

Executive will track client issues, monitor satisfaction levels, prepare basic reports, and assist in onboarding new clients. This role also contributes to continuous improvement by collecting client feedback and sharing insights that can enhance service quality and client experience.

Key Responsibilites

- Manage routine servicing and follow-ups for existing corporate clients.




- Coordinate with banks and treasury teams for forex transactions and rate bookings.
- Track import payments, export proceeds, forward contracts, and transaction maturities.
- Maintain client records, transaction trackers, and documentation.
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide timely status updates.
- Support client meetings, proposals, and business development activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Client Services and Client Relations to manage interactions and support client needs effectively.
- Candidates should possess Business Relationship Management skills to build, maintain, and grow long-term professional relationships with clients.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on service quality, responsiveness, and issue resolution.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to understand client requirements, interpret data and reports, and support advisory recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial and trade-related concepts clearly.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; experience in banking, trade finance, or financial services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in standard office software and readiness to work on-site in Ambala.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- A responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
- Banking, financial-services, trade-finance, or import-export experience will be an advantage.
