Role Description The Civil Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing civil construction activities on EPCC project sites. The role involves supervising daily site operations, coordinating workforce and subcontractors, and ensuring that construction work adheres to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.





The Civil

Supervisor monitors quality control, safety compliance, and proper use of materials and equipment, while documenting site progress, issues, and corrective actions. This position requires close collaboration with project engineers and managers to resolve site challenges, support inspections, and ensure adherence to company standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team coordination and task delegation.
- Candidates should possess Site Supervision and On Site management experience for civil construction projects.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control capabilities, ensuring compliance with standards, drawings, and safety procedures.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interaction with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in industrial, oil and gas, or infrastructure projects is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of HSE practices, construction codes, and basic project documentation.
- Ability to work in dynamic site conditions and proactively address technical and operational issues.
