Role Description The Class Incharge role at PW is a full-time, on-site position based in Sasaram.

The Class

Incharge is responsible for managing day-to-day classroom operations, including monitoring attendance, maintaining discipline, and ensuring a positive learning environment. This role involves coordinating class schedules, supporting faculty with teaching logistics, and addressing student queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Incharge will closely track student performance,



share regular updates with academic and administrative teams, and assist in organizing tests, doubt sessions, and academic events. The position requires consistent on-site presence to supervise classes, implement PW’s academic processes, and uphold quality standards for learners.

Qualifications

- Strong classroom management and coordination skills, including experience overseeing attendance, discipline, and student engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, faculty, and administrative staff.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle schedules, assessments, reporting, and class-related documentation.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with education technology platforms for maintaining records and sharing updates.
- Ability to work on-site in Sasaram, with a focus on reliability, accountability, and maintaining a learner-centric environment.
- Prior experience in academic administration, student support, or classroom coordination is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in education or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Solid problem-solving attitude, patience, and commitment to PW’s mission of accessible, high-quality education.
