Role Description The Child Caregiver Acquisition & Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying, engaging, and onboarding qualified child caregivers, including conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviewing supporting background checks in line with organizational standards. The coordinator will manage caregiver schedules, maintain accurate records, and serve as a key point of contact between caregivers, families, and internal teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing interviews and recruiting caregivers, coordinate for orientation and training sessions of caregivers, matching profiles with the family requirements and deploying them at the right time. The role also includes planning and coordinating with Caregiver placement providers and establish a effective collaboration for sourcing.

Qualifications

- Interns who are looking for gaining experience in setting up the caregiver acquisition operations in a startup.




- Experienced Candidates - should possess skills and experience in contact centre or Childcare industry, with a strong focus on safety, wellbeing, and age-appropriate engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training and Social Services, including organizing caregiver training sessions and understanding community support or welfare considerations.
- Candidates should possess skills in conducting recruitment drives, particularly for child-centered activities, caregiver workshops, and family engagement events.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with caregivers, families, and partner organizations.
- Organizational and coordination abilities, including schedule management, documentation, and follow-up on processes and standards.
- Prior experience in child care programs, education, social work, or related fields is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in social work, education, psychology, or a related discipline is beneficial.
- Comfort working in office in Mumbai, with flexibility to support events or activities as needed.
