Founded to catalyze excellence in financial technology education, research, and innovation, the Institute serves as a global hub for developing future-ready fintech talent and fostering collaboration between academia, industry, and policy-makers. Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic and operational leadership to establish the Institute as a global fintech center of excellence in building talent for GIFT City, India, and the World
- Build world-class skill-building in collaboration with international partners
- Forge solid linkages with regulators (including IFSCA), fintech companies, global universities, and think tanks
- Champion innovation, entrepreneurship,



and policy-oriented research in financial technology

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Proven leadership experience in academia, public policy, fintech, or international financial institutions in a senior position
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives and build world-class institutions
- Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, digital finance, and regulatory frameworks
- Deep commitment to research, education, innovation, and capacity-building
- Holds a PhD, MBA, or other relevant advanced degree from a reputed institution
- 15-20 years of experience in a leadership role will be preferred
